AUTOINDIA.COM WEBSITE FOR CAR BUYERS LAUNCHED IN INDIA

NEW DELHI, Sept 20 Asia Pulse - A group of non-resident
Indian (NRI) software professionals have started an auto
website to cater to the choosy Indian car buyer by providing
detailed information about various vehicles and their
advantages besides linkages with insurance firms and credit
institutions. "At a click of a mouse you can compare the advantages of
your preferred car with other vehicles available in the
market", said Binu T.G, the managing director of the new
website "Auto India.Com".
Binu said though there were a few automobile portals already
existing, autoindia.com "stands as a cutting edge website in
automobile field". The website launched by Union Power Minister P M Sayeed on
Saturday would be available free of cost initially, senior
marketing manager of the website Shinu P.Raj told reporters. Owned by NRIs from the US, autoindia.com is headquartered at
Technopark at Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala. According to the channel development manager of the website,
Sony S Kumar, even before its official launch the website has
been receiving 3000 hits a day.
