Alloy to Acquire Advanced Copper- Gold Project in Laos
Alloy Resources has announced that is has entered into an MOU for a JV agreement with Nilandon Mining Group to acquire up to an 80% interest in a mining lease and concession application area in the Lao PDR (Laos). The Project has potential to host large copper-gold deposits, and already contains an advanced copper-gold mineralised area within a granted mining lease.
