Original Announcement: WCP votes in favour of Uranoz Limited`s geothermal plans

WCP Resources announced it has provided its proxy vote in favour of all of the proposed resolutions for the Uranoz shareholders meeting scheduled for 16 October 2007. WCP currently owns 33% of the ordinary shares in Uranoz. Uranoz announced on 5 September 2007 that it will acquire Scopenergy, the developer of the Limestone Coast geothermal project, and Panax Geothermal, which is in the final stages of concluding rights to geothermal projects in India and the Kyrgyz Republic. The Company will also appoint Dr. Bertus de Graaf as the company's new MD.
