Environmental Group Completes Total Air Pollution Control Acquisition

Original Announcement: EGL Completes TAPC

Environmental Group announced that it has today successfully completed the acquisition of Total Air Pollution Control. Based on historic performance, TAPC is expected to contribute more than $1m to EGL's annualised pre tax profits.
