About the Author

Baila Celedonia's practice includes administration of domestic and international trademark registration programs, intellectual property issues in acquisitions and secured transactions, and litigation and counselling involving copyrights, trademarks, domain names, e-commerce, licensing, rights of publicity and rights in computer software and databases.

Ms. Celedonia counsels clients in her specific intellectual property focuses, as well as in oversees international trademark and intellectual property portfolios and enforcement programs for large U.S. and multinational corporations. She has also counselled clients in due diligence for acquisitions and public offerings, and represented lenders when intellectual property is serving as collateral. Baila Celedonia has given many lectures and speeches, including the recurring Advanced Seminar on Trademark Law from 1992-2002.
