Original Announcement: Drilling Increases High-Grade Base Metals at Explorer 108

Westgold Resources announced that it has received assay results for a further 5 deep diamond drill holes from Explorer 108 (Zn-Pb-Ag±Au-Cu) Prospect, Rover Project. Drilling has extended the zone of high-grade zinc and lead mineralisation a further 80m to the south of the previous drilling. Significant intersections include: 42m @ 4.3% Zn, 1.7% Pb, 13.4g/t Ag, 0.4g/t Au including 7m @ 9.1% Zn, 2.2%, 28.6g/t Ag, 0.5g/t Au; 81m @ 2.3% Zn, 0.9% Pb, 17.5g/t Ag, 0.1g/t Au including 16m @ 5.8% Zn, 2.4% Pb, 31.3g/t Ag, 0.3g/t Au and 40m @ 4.3% Zn, 2.2% Pb, 19.2g/t Ag, 0.1g/t Au including 4m @ 10.5% Zn, 6.6% Pb, 41.5g/t Ag, 0.4g/t Au. Drilling is continuing and aims to extend mineralisation and define the limits of the large mineralised system.
