Original Announcement: Green Portland Cement - Appointment of Exclusive Distributor

China Century Capital announced that it has been appointed as exclusive distributor for China including Taiwan for Mortar & Render Green Portland Cement product applications. The parties also have agreed to enter into a Green Portland Cement All Products jv for greater Shanghai and for Taiwan. It is intended that activated kaolin Green Portland Cement product will be imported from Skardon River northern Queensland and the parties agree to commence operation this quarter.
