Quantum Energy Provides Distribution Update

Original Announcement: Philips Medical Systems - Distribution Update

Quantum Energy announced that the NSW Supreme Court has set a final court hearing date commencing 9th June 2008 in the dispute over distribution rights for Philips Nuclear Medicine, PET and Radiation Therapy Planning systems. The court has ordered that Insight will continue to be able to assert it rights to specific performance of the agreement and to act as the exclusive distributor for these products in Australia and New Zealand whilst waiting for a final court decision.
