Through HiChina's widespread sales and services network, BVOD gains a powerful channel to distribute and deploy CHRM, an advanced Workforce Relationship Management(TM) (WRM) platform, across China. Simultaneously, HiChina is able to solidify and differentiate its enterprise solutions by offering CHRM as a next-generation value-added service to all customers.
