Original Announcement: Ramsay signs Management Agreement for Hospital in Ireland

Ramsay Health Care announced it had signed an agreement to manage a new EUR 139.2m (AU$233.1m) private hospital in Limerick, Ireland. Construction of the 72-bed Adare Hospital & Clinic is expected to begin in the coming months and is scheduled to open in early 2010. The hospital will be funded by Adare Partners and other equity investors. Ramsay will receive management fees for operating the hospital but will not be contributing any equity.
