Brockman Resources announced it has welcomed the release of the State Government's proposed Pilbara Railways Third Party Haulage Regime, by announcing that the Company's flagship Marillana Iron Ore Project is exceptionally well located to immediately benefit from third party access to BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto rail infrastructure. The Company reported WA State Government's commitment to enforcing State Agreements expected to assist with ongoing infrastructure access negotiations.
