Original Announcement: Acquisition of Perpetual Infrastructure Funds

Wilson HTM Investment Group reported that Palisade Investment Partners announced an agreement with Perpetual in which Palisade would acquire the management of Perpetual's infrastructure funds including Perpetual's Diversified Fund, Regional Infrastructure Fund, and Rail Fund.
