Phoslock Water Solutions Announces European JV

Original Announcement: European Joint Venture

Phoslock Water Solutions announced it has restructured its European operations by forming a JV company, Phoslock Europe GmbH, registered in Zurich, Switzerland. Phoslock Europe GmbH will be 60% owned by PWS with the remaining 40% held by Bentophos GmbH, a German company owned by Dr Karl Ernst Nowak. The JV provides the opportunity to better utilise the significant knowledge base of technical and support resources of Bentophos across a broader range of markets.
