Global Nickel Investments Provides Corporate Update

Global Nickel Investments advised that it has completed all due diligence and negotiations relating to the various projects it has been looking at potentially acquiring. GNI will not be proceeding with negotiations to acquire Consolidated Iron Sands, or any of the other projects that it has previously been investigating to date. Additionally the company has received full repayment of the loan of $420,206 advanced to Minomic International, as previously announced 24 March 2009. As such, Global Nickel will release the IP and Fixed and Floating Charge registered with ASIC. Minomic will now pursue its own public listing.
