Clover Corporation reported NPAT of $1.61m for the half-year ended 31 December 2008. Revenue from ordinary activities were $9.09m, down 3.9% from the same period last year. Basic and Diluted EPS were 0.97 cents compared to 0.41 cents last year. Net operating cash flow was $619,000 compared to $1.47m last year. No dividend was declared.
