Clover Corporation announced the appointment of GTC Nutrition as exclusive distributor and agent of Nu-Mega omega-3 HiDHA ingredients. The Company reported that distribution and agency responsibilities are to include the Americas and Europe from the 16 March 2009; Nu-Mega will continue to manage the relationships with a number of global companies based in the Americas and Europe; Nu-Mega will continue to service the Asian/Oceania markets from Australia; and the agreements to cover the entire Nu-Mega product range of omega-3 ingredients. The Company also reported Nu-Mega Ingredients is now strategically placed to aggressively participate in the increasing global demand for nutritionally important natural oils and value-added functional food ingredients; and focus is on the development of innovative nutritional and functional ingredients.
