Original Announcement: Trading Update

Gazal Corporation provided trading update, reporting as foreshadowed in the half year profit announcement in February 2009, the combined effect of the continued difficult economic and trading conditions, along with the impact on 2nd half margins due to the weakness of the Australian Dollar/US Dollar exchange rate compared to last year, has provided challenging circumstances for its earnings in the second half. It is likely that the full year results from continuing operations will be in excess of 20% below last year.
