PharmaNet Group announced that it will hold a non-renounceable rights issue of approximately 148,884,305 FPO shares on the basis of 1 new share for every 3 shares held at 5.00 pm WST on 16 June 2009, at an issue price of 0.4 cent per new share to raise approximately $595,537. The record date will be on 16 June 2009 and the closing date will be on 1 July 2009.
