Pharmanet Group Receives Indian Patent for Analgesic and Anti-Inflammatory Composition Wednesday June 24, 2009, 12:15 pm Original Announcement: Indian Patent Pharmanet Group announced that it had received notification from the Indian Patent Office that the patent is in order for grant and that the patent will be issued if there is no pre-grant opposition by third party representations. The patent application no. 1295/MUMNP/2007 is in the name of Cambridge Scientific, the company's subsidiary responsible for technology development. The patent is directed towards the manufacture of proprietary active ingredients for analgesic action and the claims cover the manufacturing process and the product made by the process.More information about PNO.AX |
