JV Global released a prospectus to place 125m Shares at an issue price of 1 cent per share to raise $1.25m. The Opening Date is 2 June 2009 and the Closing Date is 3 August 2009. The Company said the proceeds from the Offer will be used to expand its operations, reduce debt and to diversify the operation if opportunities present themselves.
