Original Announcement: Dividend and Capital Management

Ironbark Capital reported that as explained in the lodgment of the Company's 31 December 2008 Half Year Report and Accounts, Ironbark was not in a position to pay an interim dividend despite there being sufficient franking credits and cash flow to fund dividend payments. The Company reported that unfortunately this position has not changed as at 30 June 2009 despite strong performance relative to the market. Looking ahead, and subject to market conditions, it is the intention of the Board to consider declaration of a dividend at the end of the first quarter of the new financial year (i.e. 30 September 2009) if a sufficient level of profits is achieved.
