Original Announcement: Hexima announces MGEV Research Licence

Hexima reported that the Board announced a non-exclusive research license with Pioneer Hi-Bred, a DuPont business, for the evaluation of the Company's Multi-Gene Expression Vehicle technology in corn and soy using Pioneer genes to determine whether the technology facilitates the effective expression and processing of multiple genes in both plant species. Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
