Great Australian Resources provided a notice of change of interests of substantial holder regarding the Offer by Sylvania Resources to acquire all of the ordinary shares in Great Australian Resources. Sylvania now has a relevant interest in 89.82% of the issued share capital of Great Australian. Compulsory acquisition will not proceed. The notice of change of interests of substantial holder reports on details of substantial holder; previous and present voting power; changes in relevant interests; and present relevant interests.
