Original Announcement: New Chairman and Director appointed

NSL Consolidated announced the appointment of Jock Muir as Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of the company. Mr Peter Richards has also been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the company, with both appointments effective 12 August 2009. Outgoing Chairman Peter Wall will remain a Non-Executive Director of the company.
