Great Australian Resources Reports Court Approved Sylvania Resources Compulsory Acquisition

Original Announcement: Court approves compulsory acquisition

Great Australian Resources advised that the Justice Barker of the Federal Court delivered his judgment on Sylvania Resources's application to proceed with compulsory acquisition. Justice Barker ordered that Sylvania can proceed to compulsory acquire the remaining shares in Great Australian from Great Australian shareholders who did not accept Sylvania's takeover offer. The company added that it has not yet received the compulsory acquisition notice from Sylvania and accordingly, the Great Australian shares remain tradeable on the ASX.
