Clover Corporation reported NPAT down 25.5% to $3.08m for the year ended 30 June 2009. Revenue from ordinary activities were $22.89m, down 2% from last year. Basic and Diluted EPS were 1.87 cents compared to 2.5 cents last year. Net operating cash flow was $411,000 compared to $3.41m last year. The final dividend declared was 1 cent, taking the full year dividend to 1 cent inline with the pcp.
