Original Announcement: Preliminary Final Report

Homeloans reported NPAT of $7.17m for the year ended 30 June 2009. Revenue from ordinary activities were $100.76m, down 17% from last year. Basic and Diluted EPS were 7.2 cents compared to (12.42) cents last year. Net operating cash flow was $15m compared to $2.24m last year. The final dividend declared was 5.5 cents fully franked, taking the full year dividend to 7 cents compared with 2 cents last year.
