Hannans Reward confirmed that its shareholders approved all resolutions relating to the $4.5m Placement originally announced to ASX on 12 August 2009. This meeting completed the recent $5.5m capital raising in process during August/September 2009 comprising a placement ($4.5m) and Share Purchase Plan ($1m) both priced at 15.5 cents per share.
