AdultShop.com provided a prospectus for a pro rata non-renounceable entitlement issue of approx. 306.8m Shares and 153.4m free attaching Options on the basis of 2 Shares at an issue price of $0.004 per Share and 1 free attaching Option for every 2 Ordinary Shares held by Shareholders at the Record Date of 25 September 2009 to raise approx. $1.23m before deducting the costs of the Issue. Acceptances close on 16 October 2009. The Company intends to apply the funds raised to: provide funds for the review and acquisition of potential new opportunities, including but not limited to those in the technology, industrial and/or resources sectors; to meet the working capital requirements of the Company; and meet the costs of the Issue.
