Original Announcement: Letter to Shareholders re Non-Renounceable Entitlement Issue

AdultShop.com announced that it will hold a pr-rata non-renounceable entitlement issue of 306,796,528 shares to be issued at $0.004 and 153,398,264 free attaching options exercisable at $0.008 and expiring on 31 December 2011 on the basis of 2 shares and 1 option for every 2 two shares held in the company at the record date. The record date will be on 25 September 2009 and the closing date will be on 16 October 2009.
