Cloncurry Metals announced its proposed acquisition of Global Resources Corporation which includes exclusive rights to acquire the El Rodeo Project, located in Mexico, has been made to Global Resources Corporation. An all scrip consideration valued at 8.5 cents per CLU share, representing Net Tangible Assets of GRC, the majority of which represents historic exploration costs of $2.04m.
