Platinum Australia Announces Kalplats New Mineral Resource Estimate for Mira Deposit

Original Announcement: Kalplats New Mineral Resource Estimate for Mira Deposit

Platinum Australia announced that the initial (Indicated + Inferred) Mineral Resources Estimate for the Mira Deposit has defined a Total Resource of 6.63 Mt @ 1.43 g/t 3E containing 304,800 ozs 3E, including a High Grade Resource of 1.19 Mt @ 3.58 g/t 3E (platinum + palladium + gold) containing 137,300 oz 3E. The Mira Deposit was discovered by PLA in 2008 and the Mineral Resource Estimate is based on 41 holes drilled by PLA in 2008. The Mira Deposit increases to eight the number of deposits which make up the currently identified Mineral Resource in the Kalplats Project. The Mira Mineral Resource Estimate is based on a 0.5 g/t 3E cut off and extends to a depth of approx. 240m below soil cover.
