Azumah Resources responded to an ASX share price query stating that it is not aware of any information which, if known, could be an explanation for the recent trading in its securities. The company noted that the company is anticipating a release later today (20 October 2009) concerning changes to the board which it does not consider to be material. The company reported further that press articles of 19 October 2009 which refer to research by BGF Equities, an east coast based stockbroker, which supports the boards view that the market capitalisation of the company is currently undervalued. The company confirmed that it is in compliance with the ASX listing rules.
