Gujarat Nre Minerals released a notice in relation to the offers made under its off-market takeover bid for all of the ordinary shares in Rey Resources, reporting that as at the date of this notice the offer is free of all conditions. As at the time of giving this notice Gujarat's voting power in Rey is 16.90%.
