Global Nickel Investments Announces Non-Renounceable Offer of 25.91m Shares at 2.5 Cents

Original Announcement: Non Renounceable Pro Rata Offer of Shares

Global Nickel Investments reported that it will make a pro rata non-renounceable offer of up to 25,914,094 shares at an issue price of 2.5 cents per share with an attaching option exercisable at 10 cents on or before 30 June 2012 for every one share subscribed for. The offer will be made to Global Nickel shareholders on a basis of 1 share for every 3 shares held at 5.00pm WST on 13 November 2009 (Record Date).
