NSL Consolidated provided its September 2009 quarterly activities report, reporting that with the assistance of Podar Enterprises, the company executed Definitive Agreement for acquisition of Southern Indian Iron Project. NSL, through its Consulting Geologists, Optiro, will undertake an extensive drilling programme on site to test the in-situ mineral resource and develop a JORC Code compliant report of the resource estimate to an Indicated status for the project prior to settlement. Drilling is permitted to commence on site from the day of execution of the agreement.
