C @ announced that it has entered into a Heads of Agreement whereby CEO, subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence and execution and completion of a Sale and Purchase Agreement, will acquire all of the issued capital of Core Mining or its subsidiaries. The company has entered into a Heads of Agreement which sets out the framework to acquire two highly prospective iron ore projects located in Central Africa, a region hosting numerous iron projects and fast becoming a major emerging iron district.
