Iron Mountain Mining reported that Aluminex Resources has released its Target's Statement in response to the off-market takeover offer by Iron Mountain Mining to acquire all the shares in Aluminex Resources for the consideration of 1 Iron Mountain Mining share for every 1 Aluminex share, stating the Independent Director's recommendation to accept the offer from Iron Mountain Mining in the absence of a superior proposal.
