Original Announcement: Acquisition of stores in the United Kingdom

Cash Converters International announced the acquisition of franchised stores in Nottingham and Loughborough, both in the northern corridor of England, close to where the company's UK corporate store group is located. These two stores were purchased from the existing franchisee for a total purchase price of GBP600,000 which included assets of GBP207,220.
