Original Announcement: Notice to free offer from conditions

Iron Mountain Mining released a notice in relation to its offer for Aluminex Resources, stating the offer is now free from all conditions set out in paragraphs (a) to (m) of clause 10.1 of the Bidder's Statement. As at the date of this notice, Iron Mountain Mining's voting power in Aluminex Resources is 93.78% per cent comprising 42,475,606 shares out of a total of 45,293,106 presently on issue.
