Polaris Metals Announces MIN to Increase Offer Consideration and Extend Offer Period

Original Announcement: MIN: Polaris option offer variation and extension

Polaris Metals announced the Board of Mineral Resources (MRL) has resolved to: increase the consideration under its Option Offer for all of the options in Polaris Metals, by increasing the ratio of MRL Options offered - MRL will now be offering 1 MRL Option for every 10 Polaris Options held; and extend the period of its Option Offer by 2 weeks so that the Option Offer will now close at 5.00pm (WST/Perth time) on 9 December 2009.
