East Coast Minerals responded to an ASX Appendix 5B query, reporting the Company is conscious of the requirements under ASX Listing Rule 3.1, which deals with the Continuous Disclosure obligations. The Board believes that it has sound projects and it is committed to meeting the exploration requirements of those projects so as to enhance shareholder value. The Board has been actively involved in raising money for the Company.
