Praemium provided a presentation given by the Chairman and Group CEO at the Company's AGM, reporting the Company's strategy is to continue to expand its market share in Australia and to become a significant player also in the UK; the Company achieved its first quarterly cash surplus from operations in the three months to June 2009; FY09 revenue of $8.8m (+25% on FY08); FY09 net loss for the group of $10.92m; and as at 30 June 2009, the Company received 184 service sign-ups (up from 143 as at 30 June 2008).
