Original Announcement: Shree Priority Offer for GNM Shareholders

Gujarat Nre Minerals announced that its shareholders have the opportunity to invest in Shree Minerals, a company to be listed on ASX, via a prospectus lodged on 19 November 2009 with ASIC. Shree's prospectus is based on a portfolio of exploration assets in Tasmania with its flagship asset being the Nelson Bay River Project which has a significant JORC compliant resource of iron ore. Of the 15m shares being offered under the IPO, 5m shares together with 1 free attaching unlisted option (exercise price $0.20 and expiry 30 June 2011) for every 2 shares subscribed for and issued will be offered in priority to shareholders of the Company registered as at the record date on a first come first serve basis.
