Sylvania Resources announced that it has conditionally raised GBP10m (approximately $17.8m) before expenses by way of a placing by Ambrian Partners of 25m new ordinary shares in the capital of the company to M&G Recovery Fund, a new institutional investor at a price of 40 p per placing share.
