Coventry Resources Ltd (formerly Mobilesoft Limited) has reached an agreement to acquire an unlisted Australian incorporated gold exploration company, Coventry Australia Limited. Coventry Australia has rights to the Ardeen Gold Project, a highly prospective gold project located in Ontario, Canada.
