Good mortgage broker
I'm about to apply for a home loan for the first time and would like to get through the finance application stage as smoothly as possible. Do you have any tips for me? Also how do I find a good mortgage broker?
In order to get through the process smoothly, it's best to provide all relevant personal information and documentation to your broker or lender when you meet for the first time, or even in advance of your first meeting. You should also obtain the particulars of the loan and all loan approvals in writing before you commit to it. As for finding a good broker, I suggest you deal only with a broker that is referred to you by friends, family, and other professionals.
